32. Membership Periods and Renewals Memberships periods are 12 months from the receipt of payment. Renewal payments are automated and a full years charge will take place on the 12 month anniversary of the last payment unless cancelled by the member prior to this anniversary by contact form or email to Goto Gas Docs or cancellation of re-occuring payments in Paypal. If a member has not cancelled a renewal membership then any reimbursements will be at the discretion of Goto Gas Limited as new products may have been available to view and/or download; any
cancellation charges will be at the cost of the member if Goto Gas Docs agree a cancellation.

 

33. Download Links to Documents and Documents Sent by Email Once a Membership has been purchased the new member will be sent an email with a link to all document downloads. Once the membership has been taken out and a notification email is received by us to say the download links have been sent then we will not refund any membership monies as the documents are now available to be downloaded. If a new member feels they have not received an email but our servers have not received a non delivery notice or error then it is the buyers responsibility to check their inbox, spam and server for issues. We are happy to check out logs but once proved it has been sent then we take no responsibility or liability for the customers chosen technology to receive emails. We are however open to providing the documents by post if the customer so chooses but again will not take any responsibility or liability if the customer does not have sufficient technology to read up to date software programmes to read the files sent. Either way, there will not be any refunds if we can prove we have sent valid membership details and download links or separately sent files by cd.

  • You accept that your membership may be terminated without refund for any non compliance of the terms and conditions or customer license.
  • Any document created using a Goto Gas Docs template that is distributed outside of the purchased users must be in a non-editable format, such as printed paper, an image file, or a PDF.
  • You promise to pay for any purchased products and services. You are required to pay all applicable taxes.
  • You promise to provide us with accurate information.
  • You promise to keep any publication in the form in which it was supplied to you. We may include other information (including information identifying the author, the copyright owner, or the terms upon which the publication is supplied) to any publication supplied to you. You promise not to circumvent any measures that we have taken to protect the rights in the publication that we have supplied, including removing this information or otherwise facilitating an infringement of copyright.
  • You promise not to compromise the integrity of our software or systems.   • For ANY Goto Gas Limited template, it is not permissible to reverse engineer it, or make a few changes, call it your own, and then sell it or give it away in an editable format. Any private-label templates that you offer should ideally be completely different from any Goto Gas Limited template, and at a minimum must be unique enough that a reasonable person would not have simply personalized a standard Goto Gas Limited template.
